Hello, my name is Erin and I specialize in cakes and cupcakes for any occasion big or small. I have always had a love of baking; however, it was not until I found out my daughter has nut allergies that I started baking completely from scratch and found a deeper love for it. Baking is now my passion and almost nothing makes me happier than knowing that my confections brightened someone’s day or has put a smile on their face. After being told by a few (okay, many) people that I should open a bakery I decided to take a leap. I hope that the love and effort I put into each of my confections shows through.
